Welcome to Premium SmartStay Home Rental L.L.C., also referred to as “SmartStay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”. Our services provide a platform for property owners and individuals seeking short term rentals, with some properties directly managed by us. By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by these terms of service.
1. Scope of SmartStay Services
We provide a platform to connect hosts with guests, and ensure they are ready for guest occupancy.
2. Modification of Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at our discretion. We will notify you of any changes by revising the date at the top of the policy.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their SmartStay account password, and for all activities related to their account. You agree to notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Host Obligations
As a host, you must provide accurate information about your property, and comply with our hosting terms, including the provision of an environment conducive to guest safety and comfort.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any property damage, and must comply with the house rules set by the host. The booking guest is also responsible for the behaviour of all others within the property during their stay.
5. Limitation of Liability
SmartStay’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. We assume no liability for any disputes arising from rental agreements between guests and hosts.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms or the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
